Forgejo Package Registry Upload

A composite action that uploads Debian .deb and Arch Linux .pkg.tar.zst packages to Forgejo package registries.

package_type defaults to debian. owner and server default to the current repository owner and Forgejo instance. packages accepts newline-separated file paths or shell globs; every pattern must match at least one file. Set package_name to link the uploaded package to a repository after upload; repository defaults to the current repository and accepts either repo or owner/repo.

The token must have package write access for the selected owner. Debian packages use the selected distribution and component. Arch packages are uploaded to the selected repository group; Forgejo creates the package signature and pacman database metadata.
